Poverty is the insufficiency or the shortage of a certain
(variant) amount of material possessions or money. Poverty may be a
multifaceted conception, which may include social, economic, and political
elements. Absolute financial condition, extreme financial condition, or poverty
refers to the complete lack of the means that necessary to satisfy basic
personal wants such as food, clothing and shelter.The World Bank's "Voices
of the Poor," based on research with over 20,000 poor individuals in 23
countries, identifies a spread of factors which poor individuals establish as
part of economic condition. These include:

10. living from day to day with no savings or reserves for times of crisis such as losing a job or falling sick and thus falling into debt

13. People experiencing economic condition usually feel they are judged or blame. The stigma close economic condition needs to be tackled in order to increase individual's sureness and feelings of value, dignity and understanding which can give individuals the power to overcome their personal barriers to escaping poverty.
